What do you mean by an "Opinionated Setup"?

Who owns the Intellectual Property and the code?
You do — 100% from day one. All employment and B2B contracts are drafted with airtight IP assignment clauses, aligned to Polish law and your HQ requirements. We structure the legal architecture so that your entity, not PrimeNode, owns the code, know-how, and all key assets.
Are developer salaries marked up, or are there hidden margins?
No. Developer and local staff salaries are passed through at actual cost so you can see every line. Our revenues come from clearly defined Blueprint fees, recruitment fees, and Hub Operations Fees — not from hiding a 25–40% margin inside an opaque daily rate.
How do R&D Tax Relief and IP Box impact our total cost?
Poland offers generous incentives for qualified R&D activities, including enhanced deductions and preferential tax rates on qualifying IP income. For a 30–50-person engineering hub, this translates into meaningful annual savings — but only if the structure, contracts, and tracking are configured correctly from the start. What happens when we want to take over the hub? Is there an exit fee?
Once your hub reaches operational maturity (typically after 30+ months), you can take full control of the entity, leases, team, and processes at €0 exit fee. If you decide to accelerate the transfer earlier, we execute a structured handover project with pre-agreed transition clauses — never surprise buy-outs or “ransom” charges.
